Frequently Asked Questions

It is best to always contact us as soon as you know you want to book; this gives us an advantage of preparing in a timely manner to perfect all details.

If you don’t have any ideas but still want a session months from now, please contact us as we can book without those details.
Spots are limited and sometimes we cannot squeeze in last minute request (which always breaks my heart).
Maternity sessions: As soon as you're 20 weeks, please inquire and get ready to book. We schedule the session in advance and it would take place between 28-32 weeks.
Newborn sessions: As soon as you're 20 weeks, please inquire and get ready to book. We mark your due date in our calendar and you are guaranteed a session once your baby is born. The session is scheduled when baby arrives and it is between 5-14 days.
Milestone sessions: If you missed the newborn session, you can select a 3 months or 6 months milestone session. Depending on availability, 3 months may not be available; the sooner you inquire the better chance of availability.
Birthday sessions: As soon as your baby is 9 months, we recommend you inquire and book the session to land 4-6 weeks before the baby's birthday or party.
Mommy & Me sessions: As soon as your baby turns 3 months, we recommend scheduling your session so it can take place when your baby is between 6-9 months.

Editing takes 2-3 weeks from session date.
You can rush editing on photos. It is an additional $25 per photo.
You can rush editing for the entire gallery. It is an additional $250 per session/gallery.

Refund Policy: All deposits and bookings fees are non-refundable.
Raw Files Policy: Under no circumstances are raw files available for purchase or provided to clients. All delivered images will be professionally edited to meet the photographer’s standards and artistic style.
Raw File Retention: Raw files will be stored in our archives for a maximum of 6 weeks following the session date. After this period, all raw files will be permanently deleted.
Purchasing Policy: If you'd like additional digitals they are $80 per image. You will have access to our a la carte pricing where you can purchase additional digital images, albums, canvases and acrylics. All session orders are subject to be taxed 7%.
